Love to Louboutin

Raise your hand if your a fan of Christian Louboutin! (I can imagine almost all of you readers raising your hand - myself included.)

Now raise your hand if you own a pair of those red soled devils! (Now I imagine maybe half of you raising your hand - myself not included.)

We all know that Louboutin's aren't the most pocket friendly shoes, but it doesn't mean we all can't appreciate them. Their red soled trade mark makes these shoes hard to miss on the street. I even read an article from an actress who was dressing for her role in a movie and refused to wear the Louboutin's her stylist picked out because she thought her character would never be able to afford them. The stylist then thought that no one would be able to tell. The actress responded saying, "anyone could recognize those red soles" - and she's right!

To celebrate the amazing designs and love of our favourite shoes, the Christian Louboutin Exhibition is now available at the Design Museum in London. The exhibit celebrates monsieur Louboutin's 20 years of designs from sneakers and stilettos to boots and pumps. The exhibit takes you through the process from the design to the development of the red soled beauties. As for all my fellow shoe-lovers out there I suggest you take some time and go see it - it's spectacular! See a little sneak peak here.

What's your favourite style?

Wish lists and want lists

Hi everyone! I wanted to share with you my want list. I don't really like using the word "wish" list because when I say it, it kind of makes me think that I'll never get it - and I like to aim high... but achievable. Some of these goodies aren't too far out of reach and others... might take me a while to grab.

These Topshop wedges are so cute and are great for spring/summer. I can just imagine a maxi dress and a denim jacket going well with these bad boys.
These Topshop colour-block shoes have been on my to get list (like a to do list)  for a while now and I still keep putting them off. I love the colours and I've tried them on loads of times in the store so I know they're comfy. Hopefully soon I'll be adding these to my shoe wall.

I've been wanting to try this oil for ages and just never got around to it. I'm just worried that it'll make my hair too oily looking.... has anyone tried this and what did you think?

How gorgeous is this YSL bag! I am definitely in love. I have an obsession with black leather bags - I have so many. Each time I plan to get a new bag, I always come home with another black leather. With this one though, I think I'll make an exception.

I am absolutely obsessed with this nail polish. I think it looks amazing! Although its a bit pricey for me I may just break the bank for one of these caviar nail polishes.

What's on your wish list?

Shoe problems

Hello everyone! I've recently been adding to my shoe collection and have made two new purchases! My goal is to get lots of different styles and colours together and place them on a shoe wall.... I'll explain. Similar to the set-up at Kurt Geiger, I want to have a sort of cubby-hole shoe wall where I can show off each and every single one of my amazing shoes. By show off I mean to myself and my boyfriend - who doesn't really care if I have a shoe wall or not.

I personally think everyone should have their shoes on display. I say this but  I'm sort of contradicting myself here because I'm not a fan of clutter. I'm also guilty of hiding my shoes away in a crate underneath my bed because I just don't have the room to display, hence... my shoe wall! So my new plan is to make the room. This has been a long thought out process that is still in the planning stages so I'll keep you updated. In the meantime, here's my new additions.

These are my new Kimchi Blue wedges from Urban Outfitters. I got them in the sale for £20! Originally £38... what a bargain!
 So cute!

These are my new Head Over Heels by Dune snakeskin platforms. They're so comfortable and just the right amount of height.
Bought in the sale at Debenhams for £28... originally £49
